🛍️ Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Ruchi's Crafeteria, we deeply value your trust and strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’re here to support you with a flexible and transparent cancellation and refund process.

🗓️ Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, we kindly ask that you do so on the same day the order is placed.

  • A full refund will be issued, including shipping charges, after deducting a small handling fee of 3% of the order amount.
  • Please note: If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to process the cancellation. 

📦 Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items, but in rare cases, transit may affect the product. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly offer an exchange. Please note that returns or exchanges are only accepted under these specific circumstances, and only if the product is unused and all original tags and labels are intact.

  • Please report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
  • Kindly share unpacking photos or videos to help us assess the situation. This video is mandatory for submitting a complaint. Requests without an opening video will not be accepted.
  • After your complaint is verified, we’ll share the return shipping instructions via your registered email or mobile number. Customers are responsible for handing over the parcel to the designated courier service.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a store credit within 3-7 business days. This credit will be available in your account and can be used for future purchases on our website.

🚫 Exceptions:

Some items may be non-returnable due to customizations. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

Sale Items Are Final
Products purchased during sale or clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange.
